We want to work with the community to develop ideas that will ensure our high streets can adapt and serve our local residents in a variety of ways.

We want you to share your thoughts and ideas on how to support our high streets and shopping areas or projects you have already started or are involved in across the borough. We are keen to hear your views about cost-effective, high impact changes that will create welcoming, safe and attractive high streets, improving the shopping experience for all.

  • Tell us about your high street

    When it comes to your neighbourhood, you are the experts. 

    There is little doubt that the way we all experience and value our local high streets and more broadly our neighbourhoods, have changed over the last months. This survey seeks to understand how people use their high streets and what changes they would like to see. 

    We believe local high streets are the central fabric of our borough but need help to remain a thriving part of our communities and accommodate people's changing needs. Please complete this questionnaire to give us your thoughts on how to achieve this. 

    This survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
