London Borough of Redbridge is proud to be building 2 new homes at Wallers Close. These homes will consist of one new block with 2 three-bedroom houses.

We are now working on the next phase of the project which involves choosing a building contractor to carry out this work. More information to follow.


The homes we are building through the Affordable Homes Programme will be rented to those currently on the housing register. To find out about our lettings policy, including information on eligibility, please click here.
