We want to hear about your experience of the flooding from Seven Kings Water on 17th November 2022. We are working with the Environment Agency to investigate the causes of the flooding, and your information can help us to understand what happened in preparation to carry out a Section 19 report. Please note that we will be sharing your answers that you provide with the Environment Agency.

The Council are currently undertaking works on the Westwood Recreation ground you can read more about the plans here.

We may also process or release the information to consult with other relevant bodies and government departments, carry out research and development work on environmental issues, and to assess whether customers are satisfied with our service.

The information you provide may also be used to respond to requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (if the Data Protection Act allows).

We may pass the information on to our agents or representatives to do these things for us.
